The GSACEP Scientific Assembly Grant is intended to support GSACEP members in their academic pursuits, to encourage increased involvement in the Government Services Chapter and to cultivate future EM leaders. Recipients are required to attend the GSACEP Member Meeting and Member Reception during the conference to receive recognition and foster familiarity with current EM issues important to the Government Services members. Recipients may also be asked to contribute an article sharing their experience for the GSACEP newsletter
The grant is intended to cover expenses for residents to attend the ACEP Scientific Assembly. GSACEP will provide an honorarium of up to $1,500 to cover airfare, hotel, registration and per diem for the length of the conference. Up to 2 individual grants may be awarded each year.
