 Government Services Chapter ACEP (GSACEP) was established in 1977 for emergency physicians who are employees of the federal government as active duty military, reservists, retired military,  VHA, or physicians working in other federal agencies. The Government Services Symposium is the premiere meeting for these emergency physicians. In 2010, Veterans Health Administration emergency physicians merged their conference with ours.  Your product will be seen by a national audience of 150 + physician leaders in the military and VA who participate in purchasing decisions.   It is a market unequaled anywhere else.

Exhibit Space Rates:  $800 per tabletop 

  Rate drops to $100 with a Supporter Fee (in keeping with ACCME rules, we must charge something for an exhibit booth)

  6’ x 30” draped table and side chair. 

  Exhibitor booth location is determined on a first come, first served basis with a signed application and full payment of fee.   There are premium locations reserved for supporters

Your tabletop materials must be in place by 0630 on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.

SUPPORTER BENEFITS

• ·         Consultants Lunch:

The Consultants to the Surgeons General of the Army, Navy, and Air Force present an update on ongoing operations, plans, etc. Heavily attended, and you are invited and acknowledged.

• ·         Opening Reception: 

   This is the event which promises to be the most fun, and which everyone attends. You’ll be recognized at the reception, in the onsite program, and in the post-conference newsletter EPIC.  If you like, you may provide your own napkins, or other items.

• ·  Continental Breakfast Daily: $2,000 each day

   There will be four: Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs. The Supporter will be recognized in the onsite program, and if you like, you may provide your own napkins, mugs, or other items.

INSURANCE:    It is the responsibility of each exhibiting company to maintain adequate insurance coverage against injury to persons, theft, damage to, or loss of, property.  GSACEP shall bear no liability for personal injuries suffered by an exhibitor, or that exhibitor‘s employees, contractors, or business guests.  GSACEP will assume no liability for damage or loss of property of an exhibitor.

CANCELLATION : Written notification is required on or before March 15.  A $250 fee will be retained.
